• Storefront information created by producers, such as business name, descriptions, products, inventory, pickup or delivery options, and payment instructions.
• Order information, such as items ordered, quantities, order status, and related communication needed to complete the order.
• Basic technical information, such as device type, app version, and diagnostic information used to maintain and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Allow producers to create and manage storefronts, inventory, orders, payment methods, and pickup or delivery options.
• Allow buyers to place and manage orders.
• Send transactional emails related to your account, storefront, orders, subscriptions, or other service-related activity.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of Skrambled.

Email Usage

We use your email address only for transactional and service-related purposes. This may include account messages, order confirmations, producer notifications, subscription-related notices, password resets, and support communication. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

Skrambled subscriptions are managed by third-party payment providers depending on where you subscribe:

• On iOS, subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.
• On Android, subscriptions are managed through Google Play.
• On the web, subscriptions may be managed through Stripe and/or RevenueCat.

Skrambled does not directly store your full payment card details. Payment processing, subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by the applicable third-party provider. Those providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Producer Payment Methods

Producers may choose to display accepted payment methods, such as cash or third-party payment apps. These payment instructions are provided by the producer. Skrambled does not process buyer payments for individual orders unless a future feature specifically states otherwise.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate Skrambled, including with service providers that help us host the app, manage subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide analytics or diagnostics, prevent abuse, or provide customer support.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or to investigate misuse of the service.

Public Storefront Information

Information that producers choose to publish on their storefront may be visible to buyers or other users. This may include storefront name, description, product listings, availability, pickup or delivery options, accepted payment methods, and other information the producer chooses to provide.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Skrambled, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain accurate business records. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain.

Your Choices

You may update certain account or storefront information within Skrambled. You may also unsubscribe, cancel, or manage your subscription through the provider where you subscribed, such as the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat-powered subscription management tools.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Skrambled is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date above.
